Popular with walkers, birders and paddlers, New Smyrna Beach's Indian River Lagoon Park features a scenic trail, pavilion with picnic tables, and two docks-one on an Indian River estuary, the other overlooking Brown's Bay. It also offers a launching spot for canoes and kayaks on Volusia County's Mosquito Lagoon blueways, designated paddling trails extending from New Smyrna to points below Turtle Mound in the Canaveral National Seashore.
