Sunnyland is a neighborhood park not far from Bethune-Cookman University. Its family and sports facilities range from a playground to a softball field (used by Bethune-Cookman's Division 1 program), volleyball and basketball courts, and a paved walking path. The park also includes a pavilion and a community center.
