Approximately 10 miles round-trip, this canoe trail runs along the St. Johns River adjacent to the southwest corner of Lake George State Forest, east of Lake Dexter. It terminates at the southeastern tip of Stagger Mud Lake. The sole access point is in Lake George State Forest, but there are no boat ramps available. Canoes and jon boats can be launched from the bank. The forest is open during daylight hours, but permits may be required.
