This six-acre park was named after Manny Rodriguez, a long-time supporter of parks and recreation activities from the Hispanic community of Deltona. Manny Rodriguez was named Citizen of the Year in 1974 and established a scholarship fund through the Deltona Kiwanis Club. Manny Rodriguez Park features a picnic pavilion, playground, basketball court, and two multipurpose fields with backstops and soccer goals.
