SENIOR WALKING CLUB When: Thursdays 11/14/19 - 1/2/20, 9am-10am Except: 11/28/19

(Meet at OK Corral, weather permitting)

Who: Open to all Seniors 55+

Cost: FREE

Parks, Recreation and Culture will offer a Senior Walking Club Program.                                 

The purpose:

Encourage exercise Meet new people Increase physical activity Create a fun and safe cardiovascular program Achieve goals Promote good health
