This beautiful 2.6-acre park offers access to and panoramic views of the Halifax River. Visitors can relax on the pier, go kayaking, take a walk along paved paths, or experience a piece of Ormond Beach's history. Fortunato Park is home to the Hotel Ormond Cupola, the last remaining fragment of what was once the largest wooden structure in the United States. The cupola contains historical photographs/memorabilia and is open to the public from 2 to 4 p.m. weekends from September through June.
