Officially named Lula M. McElroy Park, this three-acre site is more commonly referred to as McElroy Park. Activities here include tennis, basketball and pickleball on lighted courts and baseball. In 2010 McElroy was renovated and a playground, fitness/gymnastic area, and pavilion were added. The playground was designed to resemble a city’s main street with a city hall, school house, and police and fire station. Renovations were funded in part by the Volusia ECHO program, Daytona Beach Racing and Recreation, and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

Facilities include:
  • Limited parking spaces available
  • Playground
  • Restrooms
  • Picnic Area
  • 10 dedicated Pickleball courts
  • Paved walking track
  • Outdoor exercise equipment
  • ½ basketball court
