We are more than a non-profit organization. We're more than a charity. We are a team of dedicated medical professionals with compassionate hearts volunteering our efforts to provide safe, effective reconstructive surgeries to correct facial disfigurements due to birth defects,trauma or disease. At OCL, our reward is the joy we see on patients' faces!! Thanks to the generosity and spirit of volunteerism shown by our supporters, we change numerous lives per year and give many patients a chance at a new life because of our work.
